CWB: How long have you been involved in the welding industry?
Kevin: I have been in welding industry since 1999.

CWB: Why did you get involved in the welding industry?
Kevin: When I was studying in Metallurgy Engineering program at university, I was immediately interested to continue my graduate study level in Welding Engineering program. As the welding industry was rapidly changing, advancing welding technology, process, designs, metallurgy, and changing technical standards were creating a need for trained Welding Engineer. A welding engineer addresses these needs that the other engineers (Civil, Mechanical, and Metallurgy) may not be aware of them.
